The Upstairs

The Upstairs is an indie band formed in October 2001 in Jakarta by Jimi Multhazam (vocalist) and Kubil Idris (guitar) with musical influences from "New Wave" bands such as A Flock Of Seagulls, Devo, Depeche Mode, and Joy Division. The Upstairs beginnings were DIY in the truest sense.
